Klaviyo customer RFM scoring

postpilot-org/klaviyo-customer-scoring

Pulls every order from Klaviyo with a private API key, scores each customer on recency, frequency and monetary value into eight segments, measures the gap between the top 10% and the average, and writes a single-file HTML report.

Heads-up
The author is PostPilot, a direct-mail vendor. The report's direct-mail ROI uses PostPilot's own response rates (7.6% / 13.7%) and ends with a booking link. The RFM scoring itself doesn't depend on it.
Good for
Klaviyo stores that want to see high-value and at-risk customers.
Not for
Stores not on Klaviyo, or flow advice only.

Install

From the GitHub repository postpilot-org/postpilot-labs at commit 3a2a3e2, take only the plugins/klaviyo-customer-scoring/skills/klaviyo-customer-scoring folder and put it in this project's .agents/skills/klaviyo-customer-scoring/ (for Claude Code, also copy it to .claude/skills/klaviyo-customer-scoring/). Don't run its scripts yet; tell me where you installed it and what it needs.
