Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the moveset.io website, the moveset command-line tool and related interfaces, and every order placed here. moveset is operated by Stellar Byte Technology Corp., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, the refund policy and the license.

2. Who the seller is

The seller depends on the payment method you choose at checkout, not on whether you use the Chinese or English site:

Card payments: checkout runs on Stripe Managed Payments, and Stripe (the Stripe entity named on the checkout page and receipt) sells the product to you as merchant of record. Stripe collects payment, calculates and remits sales tax or VAT for your address, and handles payment questions; Stripe's buyer terms also apply to that payment. We are the provider of the product and remain responsible for delivery, updates, support and refund review. If the checkout page for a card order does not name Stripe as the seller, we are the seller for that order and Stripe only processes the payment.

Alipay and WeChat Pay: we are the seller; Stripe only processes the payment.

Free editions involve no payment and are provided by us directly.

3. Accounts

You can sign in with an emailed code, Google or GitHub; an address used for the first time creates an account. When you check out as a guest, the email you enter owns the order; sign in with that email to see the order and its downloads.

You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, or have a guardian's consent. Keep your email, sign-in methods and CLI tokens safe; actions taken through your account or tokens are treated as yours. If a token leaks, revoke it in account settings and tell us.

4. Products and delivery

A skill is a workflow package (instructions, templates, scripts) that installs into an AI agent. Once payment is confirmed the skill appears in your library, ready to download as a ZIP or install from the command line. Paid versions include updates released within 12 months of purchase; versions you downloaded keep working afterwards.

Skills run on your own agent and devices. The AI models and other third-party services they call are your choice and are governed by your terms with, and fees owed to, those providers. Each product page states the supported environment (agent and system) and the hosts found by the release scan.

Human services are delivered with the content, scope and timing stated on the product page.

5. Prices, tax and payment

The price shown at checkout applies. Listed prices exclude tax: for card payments the checkout page calculates any tax due for your address and shows it before you pay; Alipay and WeChat Pay orders are charged the amount shown at checkout. Coupons must be applied at checkout and are subject to their stated conditions. Price changes do not affect orders already paid.

Payments are one-time and never renew automatically. An order is confirmed only once the payment provider notifies us that payment succeeded.

6. Refunds and license

Refunds follow the refund policy. Your rights to use a skill are set out in the license.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use skills or this site to access systems or data you are not authorised to access, to break a third-party platform's terms, to send spam, or for anything unlawful. Do not circumvent download limits, licence checks or human verification, scrape the site in bulk, or put abnormal load on the API. You are responsible for what your agent does on your instructions.

8. No promised outcome

We promise no revenue, ranking or business outcome. Reports and findings a skill produces carry evidence labels; you decide how to use them. Except as expressly promised in these terms and the refund policy, and to the extent permitted by law, products are provided as is.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Suspension and termination

If you break these terms or the license, we may revoke the tokens involved, suspend the account or revoke the licence concerned; for minor breaches we will warn you first. You can delete your account at any time in account settings; your library and all licences end with it, and records of paid orders are kept in de-identified form as described in the privacy policy.

11. Changes

We may change these terms; the new version is posted on this page with a new date, and material changes are announced in advance by email or on the site. Completed orders stay under the terms in force when they were placed.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Please raise any dispute with support first; if it cannot be resolved, the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction. This does not take away consumer protections that the law where you live grants and that cannot be waived by contract.

13. Community skills and infringement notices

Skills labelled "Community" are published and maintained by third-party authors and are not our products: we neither sell nor host them, installs come straight from the author's repository, and the licence in that repository governs your use. We check the licence, run a static scan on a pinned version and write review notes, but that is not testing, endorsement or a guarantee of results or safety; review notes cover only the version named on the page.

An author who submits or claims a skill confirms they have the right to do so and agrees that we may show its name, description, repository link and review notes. Authors may ask us to change the description or remove the listing at any time.

If you believe a page infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, email support@moveset.io with the right concerned, the page URL, your contact details and a statement that you are entitled to act for the rights holder. We reply within two business days, may remove the page while we check, and inform the author.
