Replenishment reminder program

andrewluxem/replenishment-reminders

Designs replenishment reminders for consumables: timed at 70-80% of each SKU's usage cycle from your own reorder data, a one-tap prefilled reorder, moving regular reorderers to subscription, and a holdout that proves the lift.

Author's description

Blueprint for a replenishment reminder program on genuinely consumable products: reminders timed to 70–80% of each SKU's observed usage cycle (from the brand's own inter-purchase data, not the label), a one-tap prefilled reorder, graduation of repeat replenishers into subscription, and a holdout that proves the reminders pull reorders forward instead of taking credit for ones that were coming anyway. Use when someone says "customers don't come back to reorder," "build a replenishment flow," "our reorder reminders fire at the wrong time," or "how do we get one-time buyers of a consumable onto subscription."replenishment-reminders · SKILL.md · andrewluxem/lifecycle-skills@a1bdf0a
