Store conversion (CRO) audit

Chykalophia/ecommerce-cro-audit

Locates the leaking funnel step and segment from data, scores desktop and mobile screenshots against a yes/no checklist, and combines them with customer feedback into hypotheses with evidence and confidence, sorted into fix, test or research.

Heads-up
Several steps call other skills from the same plugin (voc-research, experiment-design and others) and scripts under ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}. With only this folder installed those steps are unavailable; screenshots and checklist scoring still work.
Good for
High drop-off on product or checkout pages, and wanting an evidence-based test plan.
Not for
New stores without traffic data, or a quick redesign list.

Install

From the GitHub repository Chykalophia/cro-research-reporting at commit d6ff541, take only the skills/ecommerce-cro-audit folder and put it in this project's .agents/skills/ecommerce-cro-audit/ (for Claude Code, also copy it to .claude/skills/ecommerce-cro-audit/). Don't run its scripts yet; tell me where you installed it and what it needs.
